Refund Policy

Builder is free. Growth subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Unused prepaid months may be refunded within 14 days of the first charge if no production KYC volume was consumed, by emailing contact@rorotechnology.io.

Institutional contracts follow the MSA / order form. IDV vendor fees (e.g. Shufti Pro) are non-refundable pass-through costs when applicable.
