Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Identity Inc. (the product) and BoundIdentity (the identity API). By creating a tenant or using the API you agree to them.

1. Service

We provide multi-tenant identity APIs: provisional Antelope accounts, DID issuance, KYC/KYB orchestration, bind/unlock, AML hooks, and audit export. Government ID images are processed by the configured IDV vendor (e.g. Shufti Pro) and are not stored as documents in BoundIdentity.

2. Plans & billing

Builder is complimentary and rate-limited. Growth is billed via Stripe. Institutional is contracted separately under a DPA. Unpaid Growth subscriptions may suspend mutating API calls until payment resumes.

3. Acceptable use

No abuse of free creates, no credential stuffing, no using the service to store or launder illicit proceeds, and no bypassing rate limits or risk controls.

4. API keys

You are responsible for protecting tenant API keys. Keys are shown once at provisioning and must not be embedded in public clients.
