Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Identity Inc. (the product), operated by RORO Technology. By creating an organization or using the API you agree to them.

1. Service

We provide identity APIs isolated per organization: provisional Antelope accounts, DID issuance, KYC/KYB orchestration, bind/unlock, AML hooks, and audit export. Government ID images are processed by the configured IDV vendor (e.g. Shufti Pro) and are not stored as documents by Identity Inc.

2. Plans & billing

Builder is complimentary and rate-limited. Growth is $99 per month, paid by card through Stripe or by an on-chain transfer in $A (Vaulta). On-chain payment does not renew by itself. Institutional is contracted separately under a DPA. Unpaid card subscriptions may suspend mutating API calls until payment resumes.

3. Acceptable use

No abuse of free creates, no credential stuffing, no using the service to store or launder illicit proceeds, and no bypassing rate limits or risk controls.

4. API keys

You are responsible for protecting organization API keys. Keys are shown once at provisioning and must not be embedded in public clients.
